Est. 2026Outreach intelligence, not a spray list

Find real partners.
Send real letters.

WisePidgeon discovers local clubs, charities and trade bodies worth partnering with, researches each one using evidence pulled straight from their own website, and drafts a personal outreach email — for a person to approve, never to auto-send.

No fake follower counts here — this is a new product with its first real brand, not a case study.

How it works

Four steps, in order — each one gates the next.

This is a pipeline, not a dashboard of unrelated features. Nothing skips ahead: a draft can't be written without evidence, and an email can't be sent without a person approving the draft.

  1. 01 / DISCOVER

    Discover

WisePidgeon searches by location and sector, then crawls each organisation's own site — respecting robots.txt — to confirm it's real, active and has someone to write to.

  2. 02 / RESEARCH

    Research

An AI reads what it found — mission pages, event listings, recent news — and writes up only what actually appears there. No invented facts, no guessed contacts.

  3. 03 / DRAFT

    Draft

A partnership email is written from that evidence, referencing something true and specific about the organisation — never a template with a name swapped in.

  4. 04 / APPROVE

    Approve

Nothing sends itself. Every draft — the first email, and every reply after it — sits until a person reads it and approves it.

Why not spam

This is not a backlink scheme.

Outreach earned a bad name because most of it works the same way: find any website with a contact form, generate a generic pitch, blast it at scale, and hope a fraction reply. WisePidgeon is built to make that approach structurally impossible, not just discouraged by a policy.

Evidence only, fewer and better targets, and a person in the loop on every send — those aren't marketing claims bolted on afterwards. They're how the discovery, research and drafting steps are actually built.

Backlink-spam outreach

Any website with a contact form is a target.

WisePidgeon

Discovery is scoped to a location and sector where a real local partnership makes sense.

Backlink-spam outreach

One generic pitch, sent at scale, hoping 1% reply.

WisePidgeon

Each draft cites something true and specific, pulled from that organisation's own website.

Backlink-spam outreach

Facts get guessed or invented when there isn't much to go on.

WisePidgeon

If there isn't enough real evidence, the draft says less — it never makes something up.

Backlink-spam outreach

Sending is automatic once a list is loaded.

WisePidgeon

Every email — first message and every reply — waits for a person to approve it.

Platform

Built for one brand first.
Built to work for any of them.

WisePidgeon's first live use case is workwear, print and signage in the UK — but nothing about how it works is hardcoded to that. Point it at a brand's own website and a target industry or region, and its onboarding step researches that brand the same way it researches prospects: reads what's actually there and drafts a starting profile, for a person to check before anything runs.

Search queries, evidence prompts and outreach language all adapt from that profile — so a sponsorship team for a regional charity and a sales team at a local print shop can run on the same platform without sharing a script.

Where this stands today

The architecture is built to be industry- and country-agnostic. In production, it is proven on one brand so far. We're saying that plainly rather than implying a roster of customers that doesn't exist yet.

Early access, nothing locked in

You've seen indicative pricing above — let's talk specifics.

WisePidgeon is still proving itself on real outreach for its first brand, so the tiers above are a starting point, not a final price list. If you run partnerships, sponsorships or local outreach for a business and want to help shape what this becomes — or just want a plan that fits your setup — we'd rather talk than guess.
